Been pretty busy and distracted by the usuals- work, FB, twitter and warding off the dreaded flu. I'm still feeling like crap. :( It's SOP for me to fall sick every month, I don't even bother going to the doctor now. Good luck to him, hahahahahahaha.
Anyhoos, we've been discussing about the house. Printing the necessary forms and going to H/D/B hub to view the show rooms. I AM THRILLED but not so thrilled to see my CPF statement after everything has been settled.
Realised we're both quite fussy when it comes to choosing units. Tak nak ni, tak nak tu, nak ni, nak tu. Tak bleh ni, tak bleh tu. Pitch a tent kat East Coast sudah kalau cerewet sangat. Hahahahaha, tapi I believe we HAVE to be choosy in these kind of things! Pasal ape tau, this is a long term commitment! So must really make sure we're comfortable with the block and unit we're choosing.
I'm all for practicality. The block I prefer is near the main road and bus stop. I don't really like blocks that are too dalam because-
1) it's gonna be too quiet at night and it scares me.
2) people visiting my house will have to walk out for a cab.
3) people visiting my house have to walk a distance to the bus stop. hahahahaha.
The current place I'm staying in is very the dalam and sunyi despite being opposite PIE. I hate it, I'm not saying that it should be noisy as hell but atleast tak lah sunyi sangat. Like I said, we trooped down to H/D/B Hub and I thought I was kiasu, sekali ade lagi yang kiasu ah. Ade sampai bawak compass and orang feng shui semua hahahahahahaha.
My boss reminded me about afternoon sun. I don't care about afternoon sun cos my current house always kena afternoon sun, so I'm used to it. Besides there's always the aircon, fan and curtains what.
Then tak nak dekat multi storey carpark, taknak dekat tong sampah- dah cakap dah, pitch a tent sudah. Hahahahaha but I know the "implications" of staying near a multi storey carpark. Nanti malam malam some inconsiderate twat will perah perah his bike and make noise. So ngada ngada right!! But hopefully our preferred unit will not be taken up, Insyallah.
Saw the finishes too, pretty! But I prefer C/o/s/t/a R/i/s' finishes. So pretty, got seashells! Nice ceramic flooring and timber skirtings! Eeeee, cannot wait ah!!
