How was your raya? Hope your raya was better than mine. I had to work just now. A full 12 hours. It was a good shift, very touched some Chinese "customers" wished me and told me I should go celebrate instead of working. I WISH! But work is work. Like Nani said, kerja adalah satu ibadah, harap dimurahkan rezeki. Amin.
Of course I wasted no time after handing over my duties. I was out of my workplace at 8.30pm! The earliest!
Came back and my Fiance said his family is coming over to visit. It makes me feel good to see our families getting along and my Fiance looks great in his baju melayu- complete dengan samping, songkok tinggi & brooch. -.- Dah macam penari zapin. HAHAHAHA. Happy that I am able to celebrate this joyous occasion with the people I love most- my family, my Fiance and future in laws. It really means a lot to me. :)
So I missed the makcik firing squad. Been trying to dodge them for years and I finally suceeded, woot. Guess this year they won't be asking much as they know I'm engaged, so prolly the KPO questions will be about the wedding. Mom told me earlier that my wedding will be a small affair. No more than 500 guests...but she says maximum is 600 guests. I'm fine with that cos I don't intend to invite lots of people. Have been mentally striking out names. :P I'm just glad that Mom and I have similar ideas for the wedding. Can't say the same thing about Dad though. I can't blame him for objecting to my ideas, guess he wants the best for his first born and only daughter but no worries, I always get what I want from Daddy...and my Fiance. Bwahaha.
With that I shall leave you guys with a lil sneak preview of my first syawal as a Fiancee. :)
