wrapping up.

It's gonna be 2012 in a few days time and I have to say that 2011 is not too bad for me.

I can't remember if I made any New Year resolutions, I don't think so cos I always don't work towards them anyway. Gained a few friends & weight, lost some friends and someone dear to me this year but I got myself a Fiance too.

I grew up a lot this year. Trying to adapt to my work, buying a house, working out my finances, appreciating my family more...the list goes on. Tried to salvage some friendships too but couldn't be bothered after that. I foresee myself going through a difficult 2012 but I'm being positive, Insyallah things will turn around.

Came across this article on FB and after reading it, I promised not to punish myself in doing things that I should not. Here read this great article up.

Am excited for friends and family who will be tying the knot and I guess 2012 is the year where I have to compete with 71635197537 other 2013 Malay brides to secure our preferred vendors. Looking forward to the crazy planning and constant arguments!

I have major plans that will affect my life. I have decided to switch jobs and probably take a pay cut. A big deal for someone who is planning her wedding. I am *SO* prepared to hear the barrage of criticism that will be thrown at me but I don't care. I'd rather switch jobs than be unhappy.

Have a couple of goals that I would like to strike off on 31st December 2012.

1) Find a new for me (preferably office hours)
2) Find a new job for Mom
3) Book Andaman
4) Book Catering
5) Book Photography & Videography
6) Book Deco
7) By the end of 2012 I need to have at least 70%  of my targeted Wedding Fund
8) Attend religious classes and brush up on my Quran reading
9) Keep my hair long
10) QUIT the Cancer sticks
11) Lose weight (yes yes year in, year out script sama je macam radio karat)

For once, I believe these goals are achieveable, antara nak ke taknak je. :P Insyallah boleh! Mau yakin je! YES LET'S GO!
