selim melim
One of the things that I am stressed about is my weight.
Come to think of it eh, I was never slim. Always been on the chubby side. Susah sangat nak lose weight. Ape ke tidak, makan tak fikir, tagak bubble tea tak agak agak. I blame this on my odd working hours too! When I'm on night shifts, you can see me eating Mcdonalds in the pantry at 2am! It is convenient and my silly mentality of, "Ah nanti leh lose weight!" is the cause of my thunder thighs and double chin.
I lost a lot of weight 2 years ago while I was on job training at the Home/Team/Academy. I was sooooo miserable but was secretly pleased that many people complimented on my weight loss. After I graduated, I gained a bit of weight but lost weight again after going through a horrible breakup.
Then I met my then boyfriend (now Fiance) and started to be boyak again. Orang gembira pe. Since then my weight has been going up and down.
Haiyohhhh, so stressed seh. My cousin managed to lose a lot of weight for her wedding. She gave me tips such as not eating carbs, skipping meals and eating fruits and cutting down on sugar. Makes sense actually but urghhh.
Recently saw pictures of a bride who slimmed down a lot, so envious! I don't mind exercising but I reckon I would do it better with a group of people. Gotta find exercise friends then! Better if they're B2B like me lah. So any fellow KKK (kakak kakak kahwin) nak go exercise together? Hehe.
Eh don't ask my Fiance to train me please, he fitness siao one. Never give chance! Anyway he says he's ok with my weight, but I'm not ok with it! Gotta start this exercise regime! Anyway here are some websites to guide you on your weight loss journey!

Must have LOADS of discipline! Alah, kalau susah sangat, gi doctor mintak slimming pills je. Tapi jangan lah, dangerous for your health and also nanti jadi macam Andrea/ Decruz how? Laki nanti kene kasi liver pulak on dulang hantaran!
