catering case

I thought working office hours would allow me to be more committed to this blog but I was wrong! Lagi malas ade lah. Really amazed at some fellow brides to be and their commitment to their wedding blogs! SALUTE!

Wedding preps are still slow. Well at least I've got my Photography/Videography vendor sorted out. After numerous enquiries and quotations, I decided to choose D'Shootz Photography!

I am so thankful that I managed to chope Fudgerina to be the one who calls the shot. Love her personality and I am so glad we can communicate well! I think it's very important to have a good rapport and be completely honest with the camera/video vendor. I highlighted some of my concerns and my wants and do not wants- hope she doesn't find me too fussy! Haha! But yes, if you're still looking around for a Photographer or Videographer, do consider D'shootz k? Affordable also tau!

Still very makan hati with catering issues. I think I still do not have a caterer. I THINK. Whenever I ask Mom about it, she would brush me aside and say she already have a caterer but I don't see any progress or updates. Please please takmo cock up. PLEASE.

I trust my parents to do it and I do not want to be bossy cos this wedding is their event as well and they are covering the catering expenses BUT...see lah, my Bridezilla perangai dah start. What makes things worse is that most caterers are booked on my date. Hahaha, call Mcdonalds je lah for my wedding. ISHK. Selisih!

Hahaha what should I do about this? Everytime I bring the subject up, my mother and I would end up squabbling cos she thinks I'm too bossy. GAH. Hmm, maybe mom is having that anxious-anak-nak-kahwin feeling tak? Hahaha, attachment issues ke? HAHAHAHA.

I think this Caterer issue can be sorted out soon...cos my future in laws are coming over tomorrow to talk about the wedding! :O

Busy, kalah pengantin. Jadi pengantin next year, this year dah busy, tak rabak tu? Hahahaha, nah, just been busy with my job.

Spoke to a potential deco vendor a few days ago cos I really like their work and I *might* be engaging them. Still going around asking reviews but so far, everyone gave positive feedback! So I *might* go ahead.

But you tell me lah, nice not this pelamin?! How not to jatuh cinta ni?

Wanted to engage another vendor recently tapi semenjak ni, nampak kat Facebook macam semak pulak but masing masing eh and the owner wasn't really friendly when I tried to chat with her about quotations. :<  NO NAMES MENTIONED.

Since Deco is somesort settled, I'm gonna move on to Photography/Videography. Really love Bliss PhotoCinema and ProjectPixel Photography, but my boy doesn't like it. He likes it simple and without too much editing!

Ingat tunang dia ni supermodel ke hape gambar tak payah edit! Other vendors I berkenan are Kiera Roxanne and Gary Chai. Very impressive!

Ok we shall see! Gotta get some feedbacks and opinions. TOMORROW WILL BE A KAKAK KAHWIN WEEKEND! Shall see my fellow B2B there! xx

Saw pictures of Kim Kardashian's wedding...so so pretty but NGL (not gonna lie) I expected more than a black & white affair.

Maybe fireworks or some outrageous outfits but guess she kept to the classic and timeless look.

 

Her Vera Wang gown looks gorgeous although I think a fish skirting (think that is what it's called) would look better cos it will accentuate her figure and oh, her bridesmaids are in WHITE. 

People are usually told NOT to wear white to a wedding. Macam upstage the bride la gitu but think the Kardashian sisters are looking very naise!

And I am TOTALLY in love with her head piece. At first I was like...APE TU? but then it grew on me and think it's so much better than a freaking tiara. *shudders* Hmm, I also want lah liddat. :P

 

Love how simple her makeup is but the lady has a pretty face to start with. Her jewellery pieces are all sooooo nice! The earrings...the ring.... *_*

Initially I wanted to go with the flower and selendang concept but I don't mind this also lah...
